I want to take a minute to introduce myself to you. I moved back to Arkansas to work with my father Curtis Earp Sr. in his wholesale car business "D'Cats Auto Sales" in 2002. I had been in the Construction industry in the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex and wanted to come back to Arkansas to be closer to my parents and family. My experience in New Car Dealership business began in February 2016 at Bale Chevrolet as a Sales Consultant. In April of 2017 I came to Mark McLarty Toyota as a Sales Consultant. My goal is to make the car buying experience as simple and comfortable for the customer as possible. One thing I have learned is when someone comes to the Dealership, they are not my customer but Mark McLarty Toyota customers. It is my goal to be your representative in the purchasing experience. I try to be the best at not only representing the Dealership, but to represent you in getting a great deal on your new vehicle. I believe the car buying experience can be a positive one to all involved if there is good communication. It has been my experience that a lot of folks on both sides think they know everything about buying a vehicle. The only thing I have figured out at this point is that the car buying experience is in a constant flux and is changing daily. What I mean by that is that all parties are trying to second guess one another rather than communicating with transparency. When both parties are transparent and communicate it can and will be a win-win situation for all.
